This is the perfect starting place for anyone looking to get into relational wound work, whether you’ve been in therapy before or not.
Not for people who have current church/religion wounds as this has lots of scripture in it and may feel overwhelming.
Only recommended for clients who are currently in therapy and have several supports/coping skills in place or clients that are willing to read this slowly to prevent overwhelm.
Overall a great resource, but I do not endorse everything that is said in this book; take what you like and leave what you don’t.
